I’ve been thinking really hard about what characters/other costumes might fit the sort of “sunshine and grumpy” dynamic it looks like they have here, and the best one I can come up with is Care Bears. The blonde on the right would be absolutely livid about having to dress up in a Grumpy Bear onesie. I love the mental image.
